Refund Policy

Due to the Corona Virus, for the safety of our clients and staff, we are not able to accept returns on any items.

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted on consumer purchases within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns.

Returned items are refunded at the original sales price plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customers who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot refund original delivery and return pick up handling charges.

Warranty Information

All products offered by Fitness Equipment Maine are covered by the warranties of the original manufacturer. For more warranty information, please refer to the owner’s manual provided in the original packaging of product at the time of purchase/delivery or on the manufacturer’s website.
